When I click on them they all say "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device code We looked inside the computer to make sure the wires weren't disconnected. Everything was fine. We also tried a wired connection and it didn't work either. Hence I cannot connect at all and therefore cannot download anything from the internet so please don't suggest I do that. This thread is locked.
